Membership Requirements – Sons of Nigeria
Membership in Sons of Nigeria is a privilege extended only to men who embody the values of brotherhood, integrity, and excellence. To be considered, an applicant must meet the following requirements:
1. Invitation & Sponsorship – Prospective members must be invited by a sitting member in good standing, who will serve as their sponsor throughout the application process.
2. Engagement – Applicants are required to attend a minimum of two official meetings or events prior to consideration for membership, allowing both the candidate and the brotherhood to establish familiarity.
3. Community Standing – Candidates must maintain high moral character, uphold good reputation, and demonstrate active commitment to community service and cultural preservation.
4. Educational Requirement – A minimum of a college degree (or international equivalent) is required to ensure that members reflect the standard of excellence the organization represents.
5. Approval Process – Final admission is subject to review and approval by the Membership Committee and a vote of the general body.
